These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products through the website coachphilou.com between Coach Philou and any individual acting as a consumer.
Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the website.
Photographs, visuals, 3D renderings and illustrations are displayed with the utmost care. However, slight differences may exist between the visuals shown and the products delivered.
4. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€), including all applicable taxes.
Any delivery charges are indicated before the final confirmation of the order.
Coach Philou reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is confirmed.
5. Orders
An order is considered concluded once payment has been confirmed.
An order confirmation email summarising the purchase will be sent to the customer.
Coach Philou reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a previous dispute, suspected fraud, or clearly inaccurate information.

Coach Philou never has access to customers' complete banking information.

As of the publication date of these Terms and Conditions:
• returns are accepted within 30 days;
• return shipping is free of charge;
• no restocking fees apply;
• no products are sold as final sale items.
