At Coach Philou, we believe that a product should be tried under the right conditions. Yet, it is sometimes possible to change one's mind. Even the greatest athletes do.

That is why we offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Period

You may request a return within thirty (30) days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

Returned products must be:

• unworn;
• unwashed;
• in perfect condition;
• returned with their original tags attached.

Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

Once your request has been approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be sent to you by email.

Return shipping costs are fully covered by Coach Philou.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of fourteen (14) days following receipt of the returned product.

Defective Products or Order Errors

If you notice a manufacturing defect or an error in your order, please contact us at contact@coachphilou.com and include a description of the issue along with photographs of the product concerned.

We will then propose the most appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
